Andrew Fyfe takes the men’s honours as Chloe Richardson tops the women’s parkrun rankings.

Andrew Fyfe ran 15:14 at the Dulwich parkrun to record the fastest men’s time across the UK on Saturday (March 9).

The Belgrave Harriers’ runner, who has a 5k road PB of 15:07, was running at parkrun for the fourth time.

Chloe Richardson took the women’s top spot after running 16:57 at the Cannon Hill parkrun in Birmingham.

It was a new parkrun best for the Birchfield Harrier on her 84th outing at the Saturday morning event.

Northern Ireland’s Belfast Victoria event produced the second quickest men’s time this week after a 15:31 run from Chris Madden.

The City of Lisburn runner, who recently ran 14:52 at the Armagh 5k, was running at parkrun for the 14th time.

As well as the fastest women’s time across the UK, the Cannon Hill parkrun also saw the second quickest run with Bryony Haines posting 17:23 on Saturday morning.

The Birchfield Harrier was running at the Cannon Hill event for the 41st time and 68th parkrun in total.

Three runners without barcodes missed out on the men’s top 10 after runs of 15:56, 16:00 and 16:04 at the Cannon Hill, Clapham Common and Reading events.

With three runners featuring in the top 10 rankings, Cannon Hill parkrun in Birmingham was the most represented event.
