Try this great Blueberry, Kale Mango, and almonds smoothie after you next run and you won’t be disappointed.

Nothing is more refreshing than a cold smoothie packed with tons of vitamins and minerals after a run.

This green smoothie recipe, is packed with iron and calcium, plus with the addition of Kale, we are also adding vitamin A, vitamin B-6 and magnesium. We have also added beta-carotene carrots, helping promote eye health. This smoothie has it all!

Ingredients
1 cup blueberries
500g bag of fresh curly kale
2 bananas
1 handful of almonds
1 mango, peeled, pitted and chopped
2 medium carrot, chopped
1 cup of water

Directions
Combine blueberries, kale, banana, chopped mango, almonds, carrots, and water in the blender until smooth.
Serve immediately.
