Never did we think we’d have a National Cross Country Champion in our Fast10, but great to have Emily Hosker-Thornhill involved for 2020.

The Aldershot, Farnham & District athlete has represented Great Britain and also penned an excellent article on fuelling your training and racing for Fast Running last year, having recently finished an MSc in Sports Nutrition and setting up her own website offering nutritional services.
