Two men run under 15 minutes as Vegan Runners’ Rachel Robinson tops the women’s top 10. Here are the fastest times on Saturday (July 7).

Matt Clowes ran the quickest time this weekend with a 14:46 performance in Cardiff. The talented Cardiff AAC runner, who has posted quick times on the road this year across all distances, was taking part in his fifth parkrun.

Rachel Robinson claimed the women’s top spot with a 17:04 run in Hull. It was a 5k personal best for the Vegan Runners and Marshall Milton Keynes athlete. Back in May Robinson ran a 10k PB of 35:59 to finish in 22nd place at the London 10,000.

After recently taking the men’s honours, Paul Martelletti was back among the quickest with a 14:53 run on Saturday. It was the second fastest men’s time in what was the Victoria Park & Tower Hamlets’ runner’s 105th parkrun.

Stacey Ward also features in the top 10 again with the second fastest women’s time. The St. Albans Strider ran 17:08 at her local event.

There was one unknown male runner without a barcode who misses out on the top 10 after a 15:30 run at the Waterworks event in Belfast.

With two each, parkruns in Bushy and Cardiff had the most runners among the top 10s this week.
