A selection of photographs capturing the action at the 2019 English National at Harewood House.

Taking place for the first time on sparse grounds of Harewood House Estate outside Leeds, the 2019 edition of the Saucony English National Cross Country Championships proved to be a huge success.

Southampton’s Mahamed Mahamed and Aldershot’ Emily Hosker-Thornhill won the gold medals in senior races, while Leeds City enjoyed double success in the senior team events.

In the junior championships, Rory Leonard and Amelia Quirk produced superb performances to take the English National crowns, with Tonbridge and Herne Hill Harriers securing the team prizes.

JHM Sport captured some great moments on camera and you check the photographs out below.
