Fast Running Coaching
Fast Running Coaching includes the FR Performance Project and individual one to one coaching from Tom or Robbie.
After great success in 2019, the Fast Running Performance marathon project is back and optimised for the Spring 2020 marathons and beyond.
For Spring 2020 we have athletes already targeting Manchester, London, Boston, Windermere, Barcelona and more.
Your FRP coaches, Tom Craggs and Robbie Britton, both have years of experience helping runners achieve their potential and they have developed a new system they feel can make remote coaching affordable and accessible to all without sacrificing on the quality of the service.
For just £30 per month (around £1/day) athletes are provided with a Final Surge plan for each day of the week, coaching advice from Robbie and Tom, as well as access to the unique Fast Running Performance community.
This stage of the project only has limited places so if you are interested then sign up below.
One to one coaching is £130-150 per month and this involves working directly with your coach, as much as necessary, to ensure you reach your full potential as an athlete. Space is extremely limited.
Tom is an England Marathon coach and mentor, and also an MSc in Performance Coaching graduate with the University of Stirling. A 2:45 marathoner himself who has coached athletes of all abilities from beginners to British internationals. Tom coached Robbie to his 2:29 marathon in 2018 that was documented on Fast Running.
One to one coaching with Tom costs £130 per month and currently there are very limited openings. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Robbie is a UKA Athletics coach and part of the management team for the British 24hr squad. A seasoned international and 2:29 marathoner himself, Robbie has completed the MSc Performance Coaching with University of Stirling and has coached runners from their first race to representing their country.
One to one coaching with Robbie costs £150 per month, but unfortunately he is currently working with a full roster of athletes.
