Fast Running Coaching

Fast Running Performance is the coaching team for our community and can help ensure you turn up on race day with the greatest possible chance of running a personal best.

New for 2019 is the Fast Running Performance marathon project, which is a new system going under trial for 2019 Autumn Marathons.

We will be targeting Berlin, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, New York and any other Autumn marathons.

Your FRP coaches, Tom Craggs and Robbie Britton, both have years of experience helping runners achieve their potential and they have developed a new system they feel can make remote coaching affordable and accessible to all without sacrificing on the quality of the service.

For just £30 per month (around £1/day) athletes are provided with a Training Peaks plan for each day of the week, coaching advice from Robbie and Tom, as well as access to the unique Fast Running Performance community.

The first stage of the project only has 30 places so if you are interested then sign up below.

A 2:45 marathoner himself who has coached athletes of all abilities from beginners to British internationals. Tom coached Robbie to his 2:29 marathon in 2018 that was documented on Fast Running.

Robbie Britton

Robbie is a UKA Athletics coach and part of the management team for the British 24hr squad. A seasoned international and 2:29 marathoner himself, Robbie is also close to completing the MSc Performance Coaching with University of Stirling and has coached runners on their first race to representing their country.

We’ve had such a huge response that the Fast Running Coaching Project is no longer accepting applications for Autumn 2019 Marathons. If you are interested in being added to our Spring 2020 Marathon Project then please fill in the form below and we will be in contact when that opens later this year.
